By using UPacked’s services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. UPacked reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time without prior notice. We encourage users to check this page regularly to stay informed of any updates.

User Conduct

Our website must not be accessed through bots or automated tools. Any fraudulent or misleading activity that violates our terms will be subject to legal action.

Trademarks and Copyrights

When submitting artwork to UPacked, you accept full responsibility for all content included. You confirm that your design does not infringe on any copyrighted material, trademarks, or service marks. We recommend thoroughly reviewing your artwork before submission to avoid any legal complications.

Customer Content Responsibility

All text, images, and information submitted for printing are solely your responsibility. UPacked is not liable for any errors, unlawful content, or copyright issues found in your submitted materials. We take customer data privacy seriously and use the latest tools to protect it. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

Order Process

Start by filling out our quote form with your specifications. Once submitted, our team will guide you through the rest of the process.

Color Variations in Printing

We print based on your submitted print-ready files and strive for accuracy. However, exact color matching isn’t guaranteed due to the limitations of printing methods, material types, and screen variations.

Artwork Submission Guidelines

Artwork must be in CMYK format and at least 300 DPI for high-quality printing. Our team will prepare electronic proofs based on your submissions.

Proofing and Customer Responsibility

Customers must carefully review and approve all proofs before printing. UPacked is not liable for errors in spelling, grammar, or layout once approved.

Design Approval and Changes

Once you approve a design, any further edits may incur additional charges. UPacked reserves the right to decline any design that doesn’t meet our quality standards.

Color Accuracy and Hardcopy Proofs

While we aim for accurate colors, minor differences may occur. For precise results, you may provide a hardcopy proof.

Materials Options

We use premium materials such as kraft, cardboard, corrugated, and rigid board. Final packaging performance may vary based on storage and handling. Material upgrades may incur additional charges.

Payment Terms

All payments are made in USD. Full payment, including taxes and shipping, is required before production. We accept:

Order Production

Once production begins, no changes can be made to the order. Please ensure all details are correct during the initial stages.

Shipping and Delivery

Typical turnaround time is 6–8 business days, though this may vary. We’re not responsible for shipping delays or damages. Ensure the shipping address provided is accurate.

Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel or amend their order within 4 hours of confirmation.

  • After 4 hours: 20% cancellation fee
  • Within 24 hours: 50% cancellation fee
    No changes or cancellations will be accepted after this window, as production begins shortly after.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Since each order is custom-made, all sales are final. Refunds are only considered in the case of an error with your order. Notify us within 2 business days of delivery to request a reprint or correction.

Reprint Requests

All claims must be reported within 2 business days of receiving the order. We will review your request and investigate the issue before approving any reprints or adjustments.

Overruns/Underruns

You may receive slightly more than the ordered quantity at no extra cost. To avoid any underruns, we suggest ordering 5–10% extra.

Indemnification & Limitation of Liability

By using our services, you agree to indemnify UPacked, its affiliates, and staff against any legal claims related to:

  • Copyright or trademark infringements
  • Defamatory or unlawful content
  • Unauthorized access or misuse of our website

You will be responsible for all related legal fees, damages, or settlements.

Disclaimer of Warranty

UPacked provides services “as is,” with no guarantees. However, we follow strict quality checks to ensure your order meets our standards.
