Return Policy

Get to Know Us Better!

UPacked is dedicated to offering premium boxes along with excellent customer support. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.  We’re here to make the return and refund process simple and fair for you.

Standard Return Time

If you get a defective product, we accept returns within 2 business days so we can address the issue in more detail. But for non-defective products, we accept returns within 10 days of delivery as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. Just keep in mind, if you want a reprint or replacement, the cost will be the customer’s responsibility.

In case of a reprint, please return the item back within 10 days after receiving the order. Once we’ve received and checked the product, we’ll start the reprint process. Bulk orders usually take around 10 business days. If you need it faster, we can speed things up, but it may require you to pay an extra fee.

Once your order goes into production, we can’t offer a refund if you choose to cancel. However, we’re happy to store it in our warehouse for free and send it out whenever you’re ready.

DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy

When your delivery comes in, please check everything. Got a damaged or wrong item? Reach out within 2 working days, and we’ll sort it out. It’s the customer’s responsibility to inspect everything and notify us in case of an issue. Minor scratches or slight discoloration aren’t covered by us, as they’re seen as normal wear and tear.

Costs of Return Shipping

You’ll need to cover the shipping cost for returning your item by yourself, and please note that shipping fees aren’t refundable.

Refunds

At UPacked, we offer partial refunds for returned items. Since our products are custom made and production starts only after your approval, we keep 99% of the product price. That’s why we don’t offer full refunds or compensation once the order has been delivered. If refunds are issued from our side, then refunds are usually processed within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
